About Nick Karvounis

Being a Photographer, searching for images and capturing life on film, was always my greatest passion.

Inspired by great Photographers like Dave Beckerman, Robert M. Johnson, Jeff Chien-Hsing Liao, Ken Slusher, Lynne Cohen, John Divol, Mitch Epstein, Angela Filo, Andreas Gefeller and Harry Wilks among others, I folowed my dream of becoming a photographer, sculpting my individual shooting style.

As a photographer I use multiple styles including Contemporary Art, General Fine Art, Documentary, Urban, Street and Industrial, Portraits and People, Nature and Contemporary and Traditional Landscape.

I believe that a Photographer shouldn’t only be judged by he’s training, education or work history but also by his unique skills, philosophy and approach that makes him the photographer he is.
